Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products do not need to be returned to receive a refund.
• One refund per customer, per product, within a 12-month period.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at vitacoresupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of approval.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
